Description

This apartment is in very good condition and has a balcony towards the park. The house is well taken care of and is situated in a beautiful green spot, by a small rapids and near great recreational areas. Also inside and outside tennis courts, badminton courts and a bowling hall nearby. The small bedroom has 2 beds at the moment but the other one can be taken away. This room has a walk-in closet as well. The public transportation connections are super good. The buses leave just by the house, 10 m to the bus stop. The bus line 550 goes from there to Aalto University and it takes 20min to the campus. The newest public transportation fast tram, Raide-Jokeri, will replace soon the bus 550 and goesalso just by the house. The line will open during fall 2023 and it will as well have a stop at Aalto University. The trip to Aalto university will be even faster. To Helsinki city center/Helsinki University center campus it take with bus line 200 35 min....
