This apartment is in very good condition and has a balcony towards the park. The house is well taken care of and is situated in a beautiful green spot, by a small rapids and near great recreational areas. The room has 2 beds that can be put apart so friends can share this room as well. It is spacious with a lot of closets. Nearby are also inside and outside tennis courts, badminton courts and a bowling hall. The public transportation connections are super good. The buses leave just by the house, 10 m to the bus stop. The bus line 550 goes from there to Aalto University and it takes 20min to the campus. The newest public transportation fast tram, Raide-Jokeri, will replace soon the bus 550 and goes also just by the house. The line will open during fall 2023 and it will as well have a stop at Aalto University. The trip to Aalto university will be even faster.
