Il quartiere è silenzioso e circondato dal verde, ben collegato tramite mezzi pubblici sia verso il centro di Roma che le università UniCamillus, Sapienza e Roma Tre. Inoltre, è vicino a negozi come Lidl e Risparmio Casa. Il contratto offerto è un regolare contratto registrato transitorio a canone concordato e cedolare secca per studenti. La durata minima del contratto è di 6 mesi. Non vengono stipulati contratti per residenti a Roma in nessun caso. È richiesto un deposito cauzionale di tre mesi. Inoltre, è previsto un servizio di pulizie incluso, con la signora delle pulizie che viene due volte al mese per mantenere gli spazi comuni in ordine.
