Hallo ihr Lieben, Ich vermiete meine süsse 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Kollwitzkiez (Rykestrasse). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht (Küche, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, kleiner französischer Balkon). Die Wohnung bleibt natürlich vollmöbliert. Die Rykestraße ist belebt von Bars, Restaurants und Cafes, und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und (Auto)Lärmfrei. Man ist super angebunden und alles ist gleich um die Ecke! Die Miete beinhaltet alles was an Kosten ankommt (Kaltmiete, Strom, Wasser, Internet, etc.) Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich und ich würde gerne diese Woche alles abklären. Eingezogen werden kann schon nächste Woche, bis mindestens zum 10. November. Über Wünsche können wir reden. LG eddi :...
