Situated between Henry Hudson Parkway and Broadway, this 1926 Upper West Side elevator building offers its inhabitants an ideal location to call home and is perfect for those who plan to commute Downtown for work. An seven-minute walk from the front steps will get you to 145th Street station for the 1 train on the IRT Broadway - Seventh Avenue Line. This smoke-free apartment includes WiFi, a wall-mounted TV, a dishwasher, a laundry at home (free), and street parking. Rooms can be furnished upon request.
