Considered one of New York’s hottest places to live, East Harlem is a lively and diverse neighborhood located near the heart of Manhattan. A five-minute walk will get you to 110th Street station for the 4 and 6 trains on the IRT Lexington Avenue Line. A seven-minute walk will get you to Central Park North station for the 2 and 3 trains on the IRT Broadway - Seventh Avenue Line. This smoke-free apartment comes equipped with WiFi, a large flat-screen TV, and a washer and dryer. Rooms can be furnished upon request. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them.
