This conveniently-located apartment is also ideal for commuter Bostonians. It is a short 10-minute walk to Roxbury Crossing station for the MBTA Orange Line into Downtown. Once an orchard farm and home to wealthy Boston families, Mission Hill is now a vibrant residential neighborhood with two main commercial districts: Tremont Street and Huntington Avenue. Known today for its Colonial Revival architecture, as seen in its numerous brick rowhouses and triple-decker homes, Mission Hill is a neighborhood on the rise. Colloquially referred to as “The Hill,” you will find plenty of restaurants and shops here, as well as nearby tourist attractions, such as the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and the Gardner Museum, both of which are within walking distance. Mission Hill overlaps with the Longwood Medical and Academic Area to the north, which is the second-largest employment area in the City of Boston outside of Downtown. People between the ages of 20-25 account for over 30-percent of the population here. With beautiful hardwood floors throughout, this gorgeous Mission Hill apartment features new kitchen appliances, a dining area, and hydroponic heating. Each sun-lit bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate a queen-size bed, nightstand, and workspace. This smoke-free apartment can be furnished upon request. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
