This lovely Brighton apartment opens to a foyer with a convenient closet near the door for hanging coats and other apparel. Brilliant wood floors, high ceilings, and radiant sunlight welcome you as you step into the eat-in living area, which features oversized windows and window coverings. The living room can easily accommodate a coffee table, media console, and sectional couch, as well as a four-person dining table and chairs. The hallway leading to the kitchen provides enough space for a home office or personal workspace. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and features granite countertops, a mosaic backsplash, new stainless steel Samsung appliances, including a dishwasher and an over-the-range microwave, a single-basin sink with a pull-down faucet, and white shaker cabinets. The kitchen offers a large window for much-needed natural light and ventilation while cooking. The bathroom boasts a luxurious walk-in shower with white subway tiling, modern chrome fixtures, and a vanity with a new sink and a large mirror. The bedroom offers a closet for storage and is large enough to accommodate a queen-size bed and nightstand or small dresser. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
Cancellation policy

Strict cancellation

If you cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit.
