Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Boston, this 370-square-foot 1-bedroom apartment in North End is perfect for professionals who work Downtown or students who attend the nearby Suffolk University. This centrally-located apartment is a short walk away from everything you might need. From the front steps, it is less than ten minutes from Haymarket station and the Boston Public Market. Exposed brick walls and gray tiling give this updated and fully-renovated, second-floor apartment a rustic yet modern feel. It features brand new stainless kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, beautiful cabinetry, a breathtaking walk-in shower, and central heating. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen-size bed and nightstand. There is also a private outdoor patio accessible through the kitchen and living room area. Lace up your walking shoes and get ready to explore all that North End has to offer. Known today for its authentic Italian restaurants, locally-brewed Sam Adams beer, and historic landmarks, North End is not only Boston's oldest residential neighborhood, it is one of the most sought-after places to live in the city. Less than half a mile in total square footage, everything is within walking distance from your home. You will never have to worry about where to eat or what to do in North End. Your toughest decision will be deciding what to do next. This apartment may be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your move-in date. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting you! The descriptions may not always reflect the most up-to-date details. If a specific feature or amenity is important to you, kindly reach out for confirmation....

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:
Use the ‘Message landlord’ button to start a secure conversation on our platform. You can ask questions, discuss terms, and safely exchange documents.
Keeping your conversation on HousingAnywhere protects your privacy and helps you avoid scams. All your messages are also saved in one place for easy access and as a record of your agreements.
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
Watch this short video to see all the ways we keep you safe, from secure payments to support with finding a new place. For more details, you can also read about Tenant Protection.
