Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Familien und Kindern. Alle Nebenkosten enthalten, außer Strom. S-Bhf. Hermsdorf (Bahnlinie S1) ist sehr nahe, man läuft 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Mit dem Auto ist man binnen 10 Minuten auf der Autobahn. Diese Wohnung kann nur bis Ende Mai 2025 gemietet werden!...
