We are a family of 4 children, but now only 1 left home, Léo 2 yrs old studied graphics. Oscar 18 yrs old is a high school student. Our oldest son now works in Paris as a designer, he did study at Strate. Our daughter studies art down south in Nice. They happen to come back on week-ends. Valérie works does upholstery and she has a workshop nearby, Bertrand works for a bank, as a buy side trader. Our home is at walking distance from Strate (about 20 mn walk), we are at 5 mn walk from a railway station leading to Paris. Our house is a wooden house, built 12 yrs ago with a garden, in a residential area. Downtown Sevres is at walking distance ( well..its not that big though..) Our student guest will have his own bathroom (with a tub , but we d prefer it if used only as a shower) and will have access to the kitchen (with access to the fridge and microwave only, no cooking), and to the washing machine (one machine a week). The student guest will be in charge of his room and bathroom cleaning. No meals taken in the room , no shower past 10 pm. No smoking in the house No animals (we yet have a cat) No friends at home. Regular noise. No noise past 10 pm Kitchen has to be cleaned after each use. We are particularly looking after tidying and cleaning things, that makes life easier for all of us. If you are ok with those few rules, we'll be happy to welcome you home.
