C’est un lieu calme, dans une zone naturelle protégée avec de très chouettes balades aux alentours ainsi que des étangs pour se relaxer ou faire des activités sportives. 🏡La maison est composée d’un grand living, d’une cuisine ouverte, trois chambres, une salle de bain, une toilette et un petit patio extérieur. La chambre à louer est déjà meublé (lit, armoire, bureau). Le loyer est de 400€ toutes charges comprises. 👨🌾Quelques mots sur les autres collocs : Emma (21), effectue en stage dans une coopérative maraîchère bio en tant que saisonnier (produits frais, de saisons et bio à disposition pour la colloc !!). Michael (24), étudiant en musicologie à l'ULB donne aussi de temps en temps un coup de main en tant que bénévole à la coopérative. Hello, 🏞 Room for sub-rent in a nice semi-detached house, in Neerpede (Anderlecht), a countryside place but close to the city and public transport: metro Erasme/ streetcar Marius Renard and train station Anderlecht. It's a quiet place, in a protected natural area with some very nice walks in the vicinity, as well as ponds for relaxing or sporting activities. 🏡The house comprises a large living room, an open kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a small outdoor patio. The room is already furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk). Rent is €400 everything included 👨🌾A few words about the other roommates: Emma (21), currently doing an internship in an organic farm (fresh, seasonal, organic produce available for the roommate!!). Michael (24), student in musicology at ULB, also helps out from time to time as a volunteer at the cooperative. We're looking for someone in our age bracket, sociable and respectful..
