Alle Zimmer sind frisch saniert und möbliert und mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch & Co. ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 separate WC! Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum direkt neben den Neustadt. Bis in die Innenstadt und zur Schlachte die und zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind um die Ecke in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn ca. 15 Minuten und zur Hochschule 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Supermärkte wie z.B.Penny, Rossmann, Rewe und Edeka sind in ca. 2-10min zu erreichen.
