Equipped with a modern high quality kitchen and bathroom and located centrally in the trendy Kallio district next to tram stations it has all you can wish for. There is a sauna in the building and its possible to book a weekly saunaturn for your stay. There is a new elevator in the building for your convenience. The space: This apartment is a 35 square meter studio, its excellent floor plan, open views and high ceilings makes it feel more spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equipped with high quality equipment and including a dish washer, gas stove, oven and a laundry machine (has integrated dryer). The bed is comfortable and 140 cm double bed. There is a beautiful, old fireplace in the apartment, if you are experienced with fireplaces you are welcome to use it. The apartment has lovely open views over a natural cliff and trees. The neighbourhood: Kallio neighbourhood is the place to be if you like authentic city culture, trendy delicious food, second hand shops, art, parks or cozy bars & night life. This area is going through gentrification and is Helsinki's most up-and-coming area. The apartment is centrally located; a short walk from beautiful green areas and you find Kallio’s great bar’s and restaurants all around. I’m happy to share my favourites to you! From the apartment window you see Josafatin Kalliot, some nice cliffs to sit and enjoy the sun and a beer on a warm day. You also see Linnanmäki amusment park and can walk there in 5 min....
