Bonfim neighborhood is developing a lot with new cafes, bars, and breakfast places opening every month! Easy 8 minutes walk to Rua de Santa Catarina and the downtown area or €4 Uber. The space Focused on Portuguese handcrafted materials, furniture, and kitchenware as well as bespoke elements produced by local artisans, this mezzanine flat is provides a comfortable stay for a couple or up to 4 people. Local products have been carefully selected to make your stay more comfortable and support local small business owners and promote Portuguese design and culture. The bedroom has a double sized bed that can be turned into two single beds when requested previously. The lounge area has a large and comfortable sofa bed that can be set also when requested. Kitchen is equipped with all essentials, pans, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, induction stove and oven. Bathroom is equipped with a rain shower head, electrical towel drier and shower gel - all towels and fresh clean bedlinen are provided to our guests. The south facing balcony has an open view to the backyard garden and river Douro surroundings. The flat is located on the 3rd floor with no lift access and brand new pinewood steps all the way up, it has lots of natural sunlight. Kitchen has all the standard appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine. You can buy coffee capsules at supermarket, 2 minute walk from the flat. NETFLIX is available: please use your own login details. 'Working from home...here in Porto / Lisbon...' If you are now working from home and want a home-from-home atmosphere in the heart of Porto / Lisbon and are looking to stay for a long term, then this is the perfect home for you. The apartment offers: - Vodafone broadband fibre up to 100mbps download and 100 Mbps upload - Wi-Fi and plenty of areas to work from including the dining table and lounge area - Central location with lots of public transport and affordable taxi services - A creative ambiance with designer touches to motivate you - Coffee and tea making facilities - A stocked kitchen of utensils to host a home meeting or working lunch - The perfect backdrop for that online conference call - Portugal is well connected with many European and North and South American daily flights. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire flat during the rental period. - Check in is done at the property address where I or Sara will welcome you, show you around the flat and answer all your questions. We are very happy to give you a few local tips on the best restaurants and spots where the locals hangout upon arrival. - Check out is at 11am and depending on the following guests schedules, you can leave your luggage for a longer period when possible. - Please note that for last minute reservations the check in hours can vary as the flat may not be ready at the usual hours. Please ask us when will you be able to check in for same day reservations, we will always try to accommodate you as early as possible. PLEASE NOTE: - Damaged/extra/very dirty/missing towels will be charged at €15 per towel. Guests are only entitled with 1 towel per person. - Damaged/missing bed linen will be charged full current price. - Early morning check in or Late check out fee (before 11am/after 11am): €40 - Extra people after are charged at €40 per person per night if changed at anytime during your stay for the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th persons. PLEASE NOTE: Guests staying 8 days or more need to pay for a extra cleaning fee of €35 - this includes changing bedlinen, extra fresh towels and cleaning the entire flat by my private cleaning lady. More than 15 days at least 2 extra cleaning services are required. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
