L’ appartamento è di circa 50 mq con 2 camere da letto arredate, luminose e moderne. La cucina è abitabile con tavolo ribaltabile, frigo- congelatore, forno, cappa ed è attrezzata di pentole, piatti, bicchieri, posate. Si trova in Via Casilina, una zona ben collegata e ricca di attività commerciali come MC Donald, posta, ristoranti, banche, scuole, farmacie, pronto soccorso e due supermercati proprio quasi sotto casa (ci sono anche altri supermercati nelle vicinanze). Consigliato per gli studenti (l'Università La Sapienza si trova a circa 30 minuti, l'Università Lumsa 40 minuti e l'Università Tor Vergata a 45 minuti) o per giovani lavoratori che abbiano regolare contratto e busta paga. Dista circa 15 minuti di bus dalla Stazione Termini (da dove passano tutti gli autobus e metro, treni e i collegamenti da e per l'aeroporto di Fiumicino).Facilmente raggiungibile sia metro A (Arco di Travertino) che metro C (Malatesta), il centro storico, la via Tuscolana. Sotto casa c'è la fermata dell'autobus che proviene dalla Stazione Termini. Vicino casa anche la fermata del tram dei laziali. Facilmente raggiungibile anche la Stazione Tiburtina. Gli impianti idrici e elettrici sono a norma di legge. Il bagno è moderno con sanitari pensili e doccia più grande del normale e lavatrice. Il palazzo è in ottime condizioni interne e esterne. E' presente un'ascensore. Piano alto ma non ultimo del palazzo...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
