Se trata de una casa muy especial situada en la ladera del monte Artxanda, con vistas impresionantes de Bilbao. A unos 15 minutos andando del centro histórico, y del museo Guggenheim. Con terraza, y jardín arbolado. Habitación con baño privado en un lugar tranquilo y lleno de encanto. Vivo en la casa con mi hijo Joel de 11 años, tengo custodia compartida, el está aquí semana sí semana no. Ambos estamos acostumbrados a compartir la casa con otras personas, disfrutamos de conocer gente nueva y de la convivencia...

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
