This is an apartment divided in 4 studios (the 4 of them with its own private toilet and its own private kitchenette) + 1 big kitchen to share. In this advice, we are renting one of the 4 studios. General characteristics: - 4 bedrooms (studios with private toilet and mini kitchenette) - Shared Big kitchen - Four floor - 106 m2 - Built in - Refurbished in 2023 - Equipped kitchen - Washing machine - Air conditioning - No gas, everything is electric. STUDIO N3: - 90X190 cm bed with storage - Kitchenette - Wardrobe with large storage - Smart tv - Microwave - Individual fridge - Viscoelastic mattress - pillow - Duvet duvet - 100cm desk with chair - Price 700€ (wifi included, electricity and water not included) Provision of the bills: 60€ per person and month, that our company takes for water, electricity, gas. At the end of the contractual period, the agency will count the real consumption of energy, according to the bills. There is a deposit which is the same price as one monthly rent of your room with bills (60€). At the end of your contract, we will refund your deposit as soon as we have all the bills. The Agency fee is one month of the rent and you only pay it once. The agency fee includes maintenance service, contract service etc. Patraix is a neighbourhood located in the west-central area of Valencia, Spain. It is 20 by walk from the city centre. Getting to the Patraix neighborhood is very easy, as it has various means such as the bus or the metro. In the case of the metro, you can get off at both the Jesús and Patraix stops; and in the case of the bus you can choose between the various lines available, among which are 9, 10, 11, 27, 71. However, it is not necessary to use any type of public transport, since from the North Station you can walk to the Plaza de Patraix in less than 25 minutes and to Jesús in around twenty.
