The cosy atmosphere of these rooms invites you to relax. Furnished with comfortable double bed, quality mattress, desk and ample storage space for all your belongings. Located in Avenida da Liberdade, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the metro (Avenidas – blue line). Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Bills not included, extra 40 euros per month. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided. How does our Reservation Process work: Once you've booked your room, you'll receive an email from our team confirming your reservation. This email will include detailed instructions on the next steps. Shortly after, you'll receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to finalize your contract. Once the documents are submitted and the contract is signed, your reservation process moves forward. Prior to the start of your reservation, you'll be invited to make the final payment for the last month's rent, deposit and entry fee (when aplicable). This ensures everything is in place for your upcoming stay. Check-In Details: Our check-in times are From Monday to Friday between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note that we do not conduct check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays. -Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month A valid identification document is required to complete the lease agreement. -Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. -Your check-in will only be authorised 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed in our bank account and the contract has been signed. -Overnight guests may incur a fee - please check this with the landlord...
