IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. How rent is calculated

Per day

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
