The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.. The central train station is less than 2 km from the accommodation, while the airport is 20 minutes away by car. How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
