The apartment, located on the first floor of a building without a lift, opens onto a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a modern dining table and a flat-screen TV; there is also access to a small terrace of 8 square meters. The independent kitchen with a gas stove is well equipped and provided with electronic appliances such as an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher and a kettle. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: the first comes with a queen size bed, a large wardrobe with four doors and a window, while the latter with a single bed, a wardrobe and a study desk. A bathroom with a bathtub, a hair dryer and a washing machine completes the apartment.
