Furnished 11m2 room on top floor in 7 yrs old building with a little sea view. Nice safe neighbourhood. Both tram and bus available, about 12 min to chalmers and 20-25min to city center. 6km with bicycle to chalmers. woods just outside with paths/tracks nice for walking and jogging. Big kitchen/common area with great sea view. Apartment have fullsize fridge and freezer, and laundry machine and dryer. Share with calm friendly guy and my 2 cats, i usually just stay in my room watching movies during week days, mostly with headphones and i rarely have visitors so no strange people here when u come home. at weekends i usually open a beer and play some music or radio, go meet some friends at a bar or so. It would be helpful if you could babysit my cats sometime. 1 month deposit. Please just ask if any questions All the best /Jimm...

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
