Situated on the seventh floor, the apartment offers a nice view and is accessible via an elevator, ensuring convenience and ease of mobility. With its prime location, the subway station is just a minute's walk away, providing quick and efficient transportation throughout the city. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a range of amenities. Utility costs are included, and high-speed WiFi is available for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and stand blender. A dining table is also provided for your meals. We offer a starter package of toiletries, and linen and towels are provided for your comfort. The apartment is equipped with heating to keep you cozy during your stay. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
