It's a two-room apartment with a living space including a modern kitchen complete with everything: dishwasher, large fridge and a wine cellar too. The one bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed (2 people), while the sofa in the living room is a large sofa bed. There is a spacious bathroom and shower, washing machine, dryer, and accessories for ironing. The apartment was completely renovated in September 2022. As for the location, you'll find yourself immersed in the dynamic energy of Milan, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops just a stone's throw away. Bocconi University, renowned for its academic excellence, is within a 2 minutes walk, making your daily commute a breeze. The closest subway station is Porta Romana on the M3 line, a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The monthly price includes everything except gas and electricity, the apartment also includes a fast Wi-Fi connection.
