The Space: The studio apartment is fully (hidden) and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including stylish and modern decor. The bed is comfortable and will ensure you have a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as utensils, dishes and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The bathroom is also fully equipped with fresh towels. The washer and dryer are also provided, making it easy for you to do your laundry during your stay. The apartment also features air conditioning and heating, ensuring you are comfortable regardless of the weather. The 40" flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi allow for entertainment and staying connected, and the iron/ironing board and hair dryer are also provided for your convenience. This studio apartment is fully equipped and (hidden) with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. While the unit is perfect for 1-2 people, we can also provide you with an air mattress at your convenience, free of charge, to host a third! Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation! Guest Access: Smart Lock The Neighborhood: East 24th Street in the Gramercy Park area of NYC. It's in a very convenient location for transportation, as the building is located close to several subway lines, making it easy to get around the city. The nearest subway station is the 23rd Street subway station, which serves the 6, N, R, and W trains. The building is also in close proximity to several bus routes, making it easy to access other parts of the city. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
