Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
