The terrace of almost 50 meters is completely private, to eat overlooking the sea or sunbathe. Beaches are a few meters away and a large promenade across the street. Under the building, there is a supermarket. It has a parking space and a place to park outside. Ideal for teleworking and long stays. Accommodation The penthouse has 4 spacious bedrooms (two of them with private bathrooms), a huge living room, kitchen, pantry, and a terrace with views of the Ria de Arosa and the islands of the National Park. One of the rooms is used as an office, for this reason only 3 are sold for a maximum of 6 guests. For long stays, we can increase the capacity if you let us know. In another of the rooms, there is a work table that can be used as a small office. Three of the rooms are exterior and have views of the sea and the town. The terrace is private and has views of the Ría de Arosa from Illa de Arousa to the rest of the islands of the National Park. Other notable aspects At the bottom of the building, there is an Erosky City supermarket. In the town, there are many services, such as a bank, fishmonger, pharmacy, health center, etc. And Ribeira is 7.6 km away along a beautiful road by the sea.
