We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳 Contract conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 50€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be paid by the tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: 4 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants (each cleaning is 24 € WEEKLY). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In.
