Apart from having many activities to do, there are also various bars, restaurants, pubs... it is located just over half an hour from the center, it is a perfect area to live quietly. A few minutes walk from the *Colonia Jardín metro stop (line 10).* This apartment has the advantage of living near the universities Francisco de Vitoria , Nebrija , ESIC and Complutense of Madrid.
