The Area is near institutions (rue de Spa), metro Madou as well as many transports/shops. Spacious staircase. Nice high ceiling rooms. Must see. Please note: - We typically work with Korfine for handling security deposits, ensuring a smooth and secure process for tenants. The deposit amount is safely held in a dedicated account, guaranteeing transparency and compliance with Belgian regulations. Deposits are refunded within two months after departure, as required by law Check-in/check-out will take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm. The exit inventory will take place Monday to Friday before 12 noon. Outside these hours and at weekends, a supplement of €100 will be charged in addition to the cost of the entry inventory (Article7 of your future contract)...
