The kitchen furniture are equipped with soft touch surface. The Island on the middle is a super thin ceramic plate. The wine fridge has been added to brighten up evenings with your friends. The kitchen comes with all your need for your stay, plates, cutlery and all necessary glasses for water, red wine, white wine and champagne. As well as all cooking accessories, pan, pot, cutting board, toaster, water boiler,... Many foods shop are in the area, but a Pizza will be waiting for you in the freezer, in case of late a late arrival. Shower The unique design shower has been opened to the bedroom. Bedroom 4m of waredrobe should satisfy most of people. Clean bed sheet and towels will be freshly prepared for you. Especially soft carpets have been carefully chosen to relax you feet. Dark curtains will allow you to sleep all day long, if necessary. Homeoffice A separated home office corner is designed to accommodate working from home, with 500mb/s fast internet. The bedroom can be used as a second home office space/room. Living room TV with Firesticks allows you to watch Youtube, netflix, etc. The sofa is 2mx1.3m so that it can be used as a guest bed. The washing machine has been hidden in the closet. The south oriented balcony let you enjoy the sun all day long and listen to the birds. A lush green tree is literaly within reach. The neighborhood Food shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, dry cleaner, swiming pool, fitness studio are in very close proximity. Tram 27/12 and Bus 53,59 are reacheable within 2min by foot.
