The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants. The apartments have a balcony in the living room area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The room will be provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed. - Bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Security deposit: 1 month (subject to length of stay) -Final cleaning: 120 euros. - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
