These 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants. The apartments have a balcony in the living room area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The room will be provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed. - Bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Security deposit: 1 month (subject to length of stay) -Final cleaning: 120 euros. - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 120 euros. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date. For expenses, this is the price scale: Agency fees * 1-2 months: 200€ + VAT. * 3-5 months: 450€ + VAT. * 6-9 months: 750€ + VAT. * 10-11 months: 1090€ + VAT. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
