La camera ha una grande finestra, un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto, una scrivania con sedia, un armadio spazioso e uno specchio molto grande. Tutta la casa è molto luminosa e spaziosa. Il bagno è grande, con vasca, la cucina abitabile con veranda. Oltre alla camera adesso libera, ci sono altre due camere. Tra gli spazi comuni ci sono anche un ingresso interno all'appartamento e un corridoio con ampie armadiature a muro a disposizione.
