The apartment is equipped with towels and bed linen upon arrival. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is no private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 250 metres from the apartment. The building does not have a lift and to access the apartment you have to climb 32 steps. - Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Security deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay) - Final cleaning 120 euros - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
