Fabulous studio in the heart of Barcelona. With capacity for one person, it is located in the Born neighbourhood, very close to Santa María del Mar and Plaza St Jaume. The apartment is equipped with towels and bed linen upon arrival. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is no private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 250 metres from the apartment. The building does not have a lift and to access the apartment you have to climb 32 steps. - Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Security deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay) - Final cleaning 120 euros - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 150 euros. - Not allowed: Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties - Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date. - Agency fees: * 1-2 months: €500 + VAT. * 3-5 months: €750 + VAT. * 6-9 months: €1000 + VAT. * 10-11 months: €1660 + VAT. Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
