Located in Rotterdam Kralingen, which is in Erasmus university area, around 10min by bike to university and Rotterdam library/open market/tourist spots, tram 7 and metro Geadesiaweg are both with 1-5min walk. Super market AH and Turkish shop are just in the street corner, if you like sport, various club are availble in the neighbour, but nothing is better than jogging in the Kralingen lake which is across the street. The room is around 20m2 , fully furnished, you will share kitchen, spacious bathroom, a seperate toilet with other two internationals. No common living room. Please note these rules before you book: - One year or longer contract only! - Price is EXCL. Utility, to be paid together with the rent each month - Contract type MONTHLY meaning you pay full month no matter which day you start to rent! - It's one of the 3 rooms in a flat but NOT a studio. You share kitchen, bathroom and toilet with others. - Deposit: to be paid by signing contract to landlord's bank account directly within 3 days after booking. - Not possible for viewing Room is fully furnitured with bed, closet, table, as foto show.
