All cleaning materials including washing up liquid, hand sanitizer, surface sanitizer are supplied. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar and condiments are also made available. Parking for two cars is available outside the back door. On street parking is also available close by. Each bedroom has a desk & chair for quiet evenings on the laptop. **** If you are looking for a party house, or setting for a large gathering, our home is NOT for you. Strictly no partying at this home. We do have neighbours with young children, out of respect for them and the neighborhood we do not allow large group gatherings/parties. **** CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Other things to note "Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring video doorbell and Ring camera floodlight in the garden that records those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home." Prior to arrival we will send you a unique key safe code to enter the property. We believe in letting our guests enjoy their stay alone, however if you do need anything we have people on hand to help you anyway possible. Rules: This is a residential area and the guests should follow the below rules. 1. No parties or events at the house. 2. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. 3. No Smoking inside the property 4. No Pets 5. Parking should be made in designated area. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. 6. Quiet time after 9pm. We have neighbours with young children, so we politely ask our guests to be mindful of this. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 8. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
