This studio apartment is located in a new modern building and offers a comfortable living space of 30 square meters. It features a balcony that provides a pleasant view of a garden, allowing you to enjoy some fresh air and a scenic environment. The apartment's kitchen is fully functional, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. In the living&sleeping area, there is a small couch, a 160cm wide bed and a smart TV with Netflix. Important information: Utilities are included in the rent prices up to the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the reading of gas meter and electricity meter. This is a small apartment so it's very unlikely that you'll exceed the average consumption! For less than 4 months of rental, we do not request a security deposit.
