Characteristics: Spacious room of 15m2 in shared flat, it is very bright with views to a pedestrian street, it is fully equipped so that you do not lack anything and with all the comforts you may need during your stay. The flat has 4 single rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, kitchen and dining room with a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster and coffee maker, as well as kitchenware, cutlery and crockery. Washing machine and dryer are in the common laundry room of the building. The single room has a bed with chest, desk with drawers, chair, wardrobe and shelving. We also have a security system in which you can access your room with an electronic lock. The location of the Moontels Ribera flats is privileged as they are in the centre of Valencia, with the best services and a wide multicultural offer. It is also located next to the train station and the metro and bus services that take you directly to the university campus....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
