Grocery 200 m. BicikeLJ (station to rent a bike):500 m. Train and bus station (main in Ljubljana): 11 min with city bus, 23 min walking distance. Health center and pharmacy: 11 min walking distance Room has 2 beds, one 140x200cm and another 90x200cm, 2 writing desks, 2 wardrobes, 2 loungers and a three-seater. With its own kitchen (stove, oven, big fridge with freezer, all needed cooking utensils) and its own bathroom. WiFi. Washing machine and dryer in a common space (price included in the fixed costs). For calm, serious and cultured students/young working professionals who care about cleanliness. Smoking is not allowed. No pets. When the tenant pays a security deposit of EUR 375/per person the contract is valid. If the premises are clean when you leave and there is no damage, the deposit is paid back in full. Rent is paid on a bank account in advance till 15th in the month for the next month. Rent: 295 per person/month, fixed costs 80 € (all amenities included). Rent when 1 person wants place just for himself: 590 € rent + 80 € fixed costs. Rent when you don't have, but would like a roommate to be found by us is normal 295 € + 80 € fixed costs (in this case we match only a roommate of the same gender and we try to match, you with a person of similar level of education)...
