Ich (weiblich und Ü 40) teile ab 1. September 2023 mit einer/m (idealerweise) Ü35-jährigen Wochenaufenthalter/in mein 4-Zimmer Häuschen mit Garten in Zürich West. Dein 15m2-grosses Schlafzimmer besticht durch einen geölten Eichenparkett und einen grossen Einbauschrank. Zusätzliches Inventar wie ein ausziehbares Bett, ein Regal, welches auch als Arbeitstisch genutzt werden kann sowie ein Wandspiegel und Beleuchtung sind vorhanden. Wohn- und Esszimmer, Küche und Garten sind zur Mitbenutzung. Waschmaschine und Tumbler sind im eigenen Keller verfügbar. Strom- und Heizkosten sind extra. Die Lage ist ruhig. Die Tramhaltestellen der Linie 4, 8, 13 und 17 sind nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn du auch nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag die Ruhe suchst und ab und an auf ein Gläschen Wein mit lieben Nachbarn anstossen möchtest, dann melde dich. Zunächst ist der Untermietvertrag auf ein Jahr befristet. Wenn's passt, ist eine Verlängerung natürlich möglich. Für die erste Miete fallen zwei Monatsmieten an, wobei eine als Kaution hinterlegt wird. Nach Auflösung des Untermietverhältnisses und bei ordnungsgemässer Rückgabe des Zimmers ohne Schäden wird die hinterlegte Monatsmiete zurückerstattet...
