IMPORTANT INFORMATION 3. LOCATION - Studio apartment in an upscale residential area. - Nearby shops and supermarkets. - Guido Carli Luiss University is 3 km away, in Viale Romania, 32. It takes 30 mn walking to get there 4. BOOKING INFORMATION - To book this accommodation, send a booking request or a message indicating your age, whether you are a student or worker, and which university or company you attend/work for. - Please provide details of your sources of income that enable you to pay the rent and your stay in Rome. - the Tenant Protection fee you will be charged is simply the H.A. fee or commission. They collect it, not me. 5. RENTAL RATES - If you want to know how much you will pay in total (including utilities), you will see on the right of the main page the button "view what you will pay"; push it and you will discover it. - if you need a legal rental contract, it must stated before the booking; the rent will be 15% more on the total cost; - If booking less than 30 days, the rent for one person will be €80 per day for a minimum of 3 days. - The second person will pay an additional €15 per day. 6. TRANSPORTATION - Nearest metro station: "Libia", 15 minutes or 1 km from the apartment. - Same distance from Nomentana Station connecting to the airport. - Alternatively, bus 92 directly connects Termini Station to the apartment. 7. REQUIREMENTS - After booking and before check-in, you must send a copy of your ID. - €100 for electricity per month is an advance payment covering a consumption of 150 kWh per month. - At the end of the stay, the final energy consumption will be calculated, and any excess will be charged at €0.50 per additional kWh. - If you desire a registered rental contract, there will be a 10% increase in rent, and you must request it before booking. 8. PRICING and PAYMENT -The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 100 (or more), depending on the season and lenght of the stay - With your booking, you will pay for the first month's rental via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - request of a legal contract and residence will turn into a 10% increase of the rent. 9 ADDITIONAL EXPENCES - "Other" cost means admininistration and heating costs to be paid to the administrator of the building (I don’t get it). 10 DEPOSIT - Your deposit will be returned via bank transfer after your departure and after the studio will be checked....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
