We are a friendly, clean and considerate household. Languages: English, French, Spanish and German. Private bedroom with single bed, desk, closet, and dresser. High speed internet, tv, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc., Own, separate toilette and sink. Shared shower/bath. Female student or professional, including interns, are welcome. Tenant is expected to participate in cleaning. Cleaning services not provided....

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
