Kitchen Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, blender, kettle, kitchen utensils and a washing machine. Shower room Walk-in shower, overhead shower head, toilet, wall-hung unit and LED wall mirror. Towels and bath mats were provided. Bedrooms Double beds, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table lamps, bedding, pillows, throws and duvets. Rent €370 per calendar month per room plus utility bills. Deposit and Rent One month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance are required. A shorthold tenancy agreement will be signed once the booking is confirmed. This is a private, legally binding contract between the student and the owner. Utilities Electricity, water, and gas are variable and depend on your consumption. The total amount is calculated monthly and shared equally between the four students.
