Welcome to my apartment! This modern and tastefully decorated apartment offers a delightful stay and is conveniently located near various top attractions in Valencia, including the beautiful Malvarrosa Beach! Designed with an open floor plan, the apartment features a spacious living room with a large sofa and a wide-screen TV that offers multiple streaming options for your entertainment. The dining table, which accommodates four people, adds to the convenience of the space. Additionally, you can step out onto the private balcony, which opens up to a charming and sunny terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances such as a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. For your laundry needs, there is a washer available in the apartment. There are three bedrooms. Two are furnished with a comfortable double bed and a third bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide it at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
