Bus routes 57A, 12A, 13A, 14A. Supermarkets, pharmacy and other shops as well as restaurants ( traditional and fast food) are very close and in walking distance. The common area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, storageroom is shared with 1 other person. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron are also provided. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
