Completing the room is a dining table for 4 people, a sofa with three-seater seating, and a 45" flat-screen TV. ✔ the first bedroom with double bed, desk, mirrored two-door closet, and small balcony ✔the second bedroom with double bed, desk, large closet, 32" flat-screen TV, single sofa bed, and window ✔ bathroom with a shower, all essential amenities, and a washing machine. ✅The apartment has a Wi-Fi fiber Internet connection, air conditioning in all rooms, and independent heating. ✅Sheets, towels, and blankets are provided in the stay. Very well served by surface transportation and the subway MM5 - lilac line, it is only 10 minute's walk from GRECO PIRELLI Station (direct connections to Monza, Como, Turin, and a direct line to SWITZERLAND) Esselunga supermarket is only 200mt from the house. The ARCIMBOLDI THEATER and the Suzzani swimming pool are within walking distance. Niguarda Hospital and MULTIMEDICA Hospital are not far away. Restaurants, pizzerias, and stores close by. Just a 4-minute walk will take you to the BICOCCA VILLAGE, a rich shopping center with all kinds of stores, restaurants, bars, piadinerias, and CINEMA theaters. It is required on arrival to pay in cash the Tourist Tax of euro 4.50 per person, per night for 14 days. ✅All payments will be handled through HousingAnywhere. The tenant will receive a payment link per month including rent, utilities, and housekeeping (2 per month with change of sheets and towels). Important to note: - Tourist Tax Update for 2025 Please note that the tourist tax in Milan has increased as of January 1, 2025. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
