Building located close to the IC-19 and easy access to the S. Marcos road, with parking in the vicinity. Quiet area 250m from Minipreço, Aldi and Intermarche and 1.5 km from Continente Supermarket and 2 km from Alegro shopping center in Rio de Mouro. Water, electricity, gas and net (wifi) consumption expenses included in the rent. Pets prohibited....
