It is in a peaceful, safe residential area with excellent public transport. There are sufficient free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is fully equipped 😲: a washing machine, iron, enough dishes in the kitchen for even the most demanding cook, dishwasher, microwave oven, and small household appliances such as a hand blender and water heater. Wireless internet. You will have a huge (18m2) PRIVATE ❗ room all for yourself with an entrance door type of lock 🔑 for your privacy. You will share common areas with two flatmates. Monthly bills range from €120 (summer) to €160 per person, which also includes weekly cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, balcony) by the cleaning service 🧹🧽. The other two rooms are occupied by friendly working professional men—an engineer and an architect, both around 27 years old. They’re foreigners who speak fluent English and are genuinely some of the best flatmates you could ask for. They've both rented their rooms long-term and are respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. That said, you likely won’t see them very often, as they work long hours. When choosing a new tenant, I always make sure there's a good match, as I value having such great people in the flat and wouldn’t want to lose them.
